Job description:
My client is looking for a Senior Project Manager with experience in :
- Provide end-to-end project management: This includes developing detailed plans, work back schedules, project estimates, status reports, and continuously updating internal and external teams on progress.
- Act as the key contact for internal stakeholders, and a conduit between stakeholders and the technology team.
- Conduct project meetings to ensure projects meet deadlines and specifications. Prepare project tracking, reports, and analysis. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.
- Perform risk and issue tracking and reporting, status gathering, and report development.
- Identify project risks and work with the Program Manager to develop and implement mitigating strategies.
- Maintain good knowledge of current and emerging technologies with the ability to apply relevant learnings to ongoing initiatives.
What you'll bring:
- Graduate in computer science, information technology, business management, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects in fintech, financial services or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
- Experience working with project management tools such as ClickUp, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, as well as G Suite.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and resolving issues.
- Highly organized and possess excellent time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with FinTech, financial services, or related industries is a strong asset.
