ETO Engineering is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a leadership role in our growing Water and Wastewater practice. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead complex infrastructure projects, guide multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to the continued growth of our services in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
We are looking for a results-driven professional with 12+ years of experience in municipal water and wastewater projects, strong project management expertise, and a passion for technical excellence and client service.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage water and wastewater infrastructure projects through all phases, from planning to construction
• Provide technical and strategic direction to project teams
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee the preparation of proposals and participate in business development initiatives
• Manage project budgets, schedules, deliverables, and client communication
• Coordinate with municipal, utility, and regulatory authorities to obtain project approvals
• Contribute to company-wide quality improvement and innovation efforts
• Mentor junior staff and support their professional development

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering (or related discipline)
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng) in Ontario
• 12+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure design and project management in Canada
• PMP certification is considered an asset
• Strong technical background in water and wastewater systems
• Proven experience in client relationship management and business development
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective multitasking in fast-paced environments
