Requirements
Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen; sports venues, banquet, or large-scale hospitality environments are ideal.
Natural leadership skills and a strong sense of team culture.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-pressure environment.
A drive to learn and grow---this venue offers ample room for advancement.
Red Seal certification or culinary diploma is an asset but not required.
