Job description:

Our growing company is looking for someone to fill the weekend cleaning position at an apartment building in Cambridge, near Sportsworld Drive. We are looking for someone friendly and professional with cleaning experience. Applicants must be available to work every Saturday, Sunday as well as most Stat Holidays from 9am to 12pm.

Job requirements:

The candidate must always conduct themselves in a professional manner. One important aspect will be to test the pool water twice per shift. Training will be provided for this. The candidate must also have cleaning experience in a commercial setting and have an eye for detail. Occasionally elevator bookings will need to be coordinated as well.

Responsibilities:

The primary use of time during the shift is to be used cleaning. Focusing on high traffic areas such as the lobby, elevators, lounge, gym, bathrooms. Specific tasks to include cleaning / stocking of washrooms, sweeping/mopping, changing garbages, cleaning stainless steel, vacuuming, etc. As well as testing of the indoor swimming pool. Other responsibilities include:

· Handling keys and FOB's

· Working in a safe manner

· Reporting any damage to properties (i.e. emailing pictures)

· Reporting any unsafe conditions

· Use personal protective equipment as required

· Executing elevator move bookings

Working conditions:

The applicant must be available every Saturday, Sunday and most Stat holidays 9am to 12pm.

Skills:

· Commercial cleaning experience

· Organized

· Managing their time effectively
