Base pay range
CA$100,000.00/yr - CA$125,000.00/yr

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage project schedules and budgets effectively
- Monitor and manage project deliverables
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Support procurement process, including tendering, negotiations, and contract management.
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies on all assigned projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management or Engineering with 5 plus years experience managing large scale multi-million dollar projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously (municipal, mechanical, piping)
- Experience managing mechanical/piping or municipal projects is preferred.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
