The Role
This part-time (20--25 hours/week), remote position supports our clinical and leadership teams across operations, marketing, and administrative functions. You'll help us stay organized, connect with our clients, and build the foundations for future expansion.

What You'll Be Doing
- Managing client appointments, billing processes, and internal project management systems
- Overseeing email lists and coordinating newsletter planning and distribution
- Managing social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), including basic video editing
- Supporting internal operations, including onboarding new clinicians and organizing team workflows
- Maintaining strict adherence to data security and client confidentiality protocols

Who You Are
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- Strong communicator and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
- Familiar with (or eager to learn) secure technology protocols (VPNs, MFA/2FA, password management)
- Experienced in administration, marketing, client support, or related fields
- Excited by the idea of working in a fast-paced, growth-stage healthcare organization
Nice to Have
- Experience with Canva or simple graphic/video editing tools
- Familiarity with client management systems (such as Noterro or JaneApp)
- Prior experience in startups or growth-stage companies
