- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving by responding to all inbound calls.
- Adhere to Canad Inns Call Quality Program.
- Maintain professional etiquette and provide effective customer service while corresponding with the Guest.
- Create and maintain reservations according to our set policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and wear a headset.
- Steller attendance and punctuality is a necessity.
- Strong computer skills including the ability to navigate the Internet as well as applications.
