About The Role

Build cloud-based data ingestion pipelines from various sources, ensuring data quality and developing scalable processing steps
Structure and optimize datasets to support Reporting, Machine Learning, and other downstream needs
Collaborate with Data Science and business teams to discover, access, and organize data across distributed systems
Design and document data models, sources, and ingestion techniques, creating efficient, well-structured databases
Develop APIs and endpoints to integrate data with both internal and external services and platforms
Contribute to an Agile development environment with a continuous improvement mindset
Share ideas, experiment with new approaches, and help shape our evolving data ecosystem
Perform other related duties as assigned
A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field 2 years of experience manipulating data in a SQL environment
Strong skills in SQL, relational and non-relational databases, ETL development, and data integration
Proficiency in Python; Spark experience is a plus
Proficiency in C# development; experience with JavaScript is a bonus
Experience working with cloud-based systems
Ability to clearly communicate data concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Comfortable working independently in a small, fast-paced team
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and process automation
A passion for data, a drive to keep learning, and a flexible attitude
