Voyago is hiring part-time Customer Service Specialists for our Logistics Centre in London, Ontario.
Your Role
- You are responsible for receiving calls and booking trips accurately and efficiently for our non-emergency Patient Transfer Division.
- You provide a high degree of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
Your profile
- You are able to read and communicate in English effectively.
- You have a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- You have 1-2 years of Logistics or Call Centre experience.
- You have the ability to work independently.
- You have excellent problem-solving skills.
- You have the ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed.
- You are proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- You are an Emergency Telecommunications Graduate as an asset.
