About the Role As a Territory Manager , you will be responsible for driving sales growth across Ontario by selling advanced Coordinate Measurement Machines (CMMs), portable measurement systems, laser trackers, and supporting software solutions. This is a high-touch, solution-based sales role that requires strong technical aptitude, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills. What
You'll Do Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet or exceed revenue goals across the Ontario territory. Proactively identify and close new business opportunities with industrial manufacturers in aerospace, automotive, electronics, and other verticals.
Demonstrate and present technical solutions, leveraging deep product knowledge to create customer value. Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover future needs. Utilize Salesforce.com to manage pipeline, document opportunities, and forecast sales accurately.
Collaborate with Product Line Specialists and Distribution Channels to align on go-to-market initiatives. Represent Hexagon at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build awareness. Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.

Need to Succeed Must Have: Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent work experience. 3+ years in a technical sales or sales engineering role, ideally in metrology or industrial automation.
Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. A customer-focused mindset and strong consultative selling skills. Ability to travel within Ontario as needed to meet clients and attend events.
Nice to Have: Experience with Hexagon products or other Coordinate Measurement Systems (CMMs). Salesforce CRM experience.
