About Us:
Panefri Industrial Co., Ltd., has been producing high quality single extruded plastic edgebanding for
the kitchen and bath cabinets, in Japan for over 40+ years.
Panefri North America Enterprises Inc is located in Langley, British Columbia, and is looking to
add a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our growing team! In this key role, you will
represent Panefri by showcasing and selling our extrusion capabilities. You will create, fully
develop, and insulate profitable customer relationships with key accounts for Panefri. You will
report directly to the Senior Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Previous industry experience is
a plus but not a requirement.
Job Description:

Cold calling / Prospecting (in person, email, phone)

Onsite customer visits

Developing new sales
-
Account management (existing)
-
Relationship cultivation and development with existing accounts new growth, in person visits

Formulation of own ISP (Individual Sales Plan) and goal setting

Market research analysis
-
Pricing / quotation formulation
-
Order formulation (production schedules, invoicing, shipping)
-
Maintain accounts receivable for existing accounts in good standing
-
Industry trade shows exhibitions
-
Perform inventory check and update records
-
Other administrative tasks as requested

Resolving customer issues and product complaints
Specific Skills:

Interpersonal and communication skills for client presentations

Proficiency in MS Office especially Excel, Outlook

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication skill in both written and spoken English.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Willing to learn new skills and knowledge
Qualification and Requirement:

Valid BC Drivers License

Canadian passport / PR, valid travel status to the US.

Physical activity: must be able to lift 30lbs inventory

5-year B2B sales experience

- Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Job type:
Compensation:
$50K base with 1.0% commission on all new growth for new accounts only ("new accounts" are
considered for 2 years) to account for existing account management, sales effort \& process, and
character, reliability, and work ethic, and work attitude.
