- Maintain accurate records of every shipment coming in and out of the facilities
- Communicate with customers to guarantee time delivery of goods by regularly checking shipment status and resolving issues
- Identify and implement best practices and improvements in inventory management to minimize losses and increase productivity
- Process all paperwork in a timely manner
- Consult with Sales Rep on a constant basis letting them know about any issues with freight.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree would be nice to have
- Experience in Freight Forwarding or Inventory Distribution
- Familiarity with MS Office, WMS and ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Extremely organized
- True team player
- Strong time management
