Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Operations Officer to join our client.
Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert
Pay Rate: $22.97 per hour
Location: Montréal, QC
Location Type:Hybrid; onsite 2 to 3 days a week -- Tuesday and Wednesday
Business Hours: Monday to Friday; 8 AM to 4:30 PM / 9 AM to 5 PM

Job Responsibilities:

Estate Processing Officer -- Non-customer facing role
-
Disburse funds in-line with customer wishes and regulatory guidelines and acts as central point to complete settlement and closure activities for retail and wealth customers

Accurately processed transactions within established guidelines / procedures and authorized limits

Participate and contribute to a positive work environment

Support the team by actively building operations knowledge, think critically about processes and opportunities for improvement, and share ideas

Experience \& Qualification Requirements:

Bilingual English and French (Fully bilingual is required

Banking experience in a relevant role or Accounting or Bookkeeping - understanding of products/ services (1 to 2 years)

Previous exp with SLAs

Customer Service experience

Strong attention to detail/ accuracy

Critical thinking skills/ problem solving

Good communication skills - written and verbal
