The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing and maintaining the integrity of program standards and overseeing and maintaining the direction of the program, including resource allocation, performance management, recruitment, training, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and program/business development.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the execution and operation of an initiative to support injured workers with their return to work process
- Meet with senior management as needed to discuss pertinent issues or concerns regarding program standards, current practice, program evaluation, and future development
- Overseeing the decision-making process for admission and continued stay of participants
- Overseeing the progress evaluation of each participant to ensure the achievement of outcomes
- Development of materials necessary to deliver services
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of related experience in career and employment services, leadership, and supervision. Equivalencies will be considered.
- Experience working with WCB is considered an asset
- Ability to manage large task volume and competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong conflict management and conflict resolution skills
- Experience working with diverse population groups and issues is preferred
- Security background check required
