Position: Senior Project Manager
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Hybrid Position)
Duration: Long Term Position
Required Skills:
- Ability to work independently, apply critical and strategic thinking to issues, and manage deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
- Effective stakeholder \& relationship management, and strong collaboration
- 10 years of working on medium-to-high complexity initiatives with Technology Project / Program delivery
- Project Management Certification (PMP® or equivalent)
- Experience working with multi-site teams
- Business domain understanding of Financial Services/ Capital Markets
- Experience in producing Project Status Reports and communicating to stakeholders in a formal governance forum, on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly)
- Work closely with engineering, vendors, etc. to coordinate and drive project execution and ensure deliverables are delivered on-time
- Experience in developing Resource Plan -- i.e., the required skills and team composition
