The Company is seeking a Chief Project Officer \& Executive Director to lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of major capital asset projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full life cycle of these large-scale initiatives, from planning and procurement to construction and commissioning, ensuring a focus on quality, safety, and the long-term sustainability of the projects. This role involves managing a broad range of stakeholders to align with the company's strategic plan, Ministry mandates, and project objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in business administration or a related field, with at least 15 years of experience in senior management within a large, complex healthcare organization, including a minimum of 5 years as a Chief Project Officer for large, complex capital projects. Key responsibilities for the Chief Project Officer \& Executive Director include establishing guiding principles, overseeing clinical and facilities design, and construction, and ensuring that the vision for the projects is met for the organization, its patients, care providers, and local communities. The role requires a leader with a deep understanding of accounting principles, the ability to lead and implement processes, and a proven track record in risk management.
The candidate should be adept at working in a dynamic environment, be able to operate related software applications and have the physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
