Job Description: Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial concept and discovery to final delivery and ongoing optimization.
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and execute product strategies.
Develop and maintain detailed product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Conduct market research and gather user feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Define and prioritize product requirements, balancing user needs with technical feasibility and business impact.
Manage the implementation of enterprise solutions, including CRM and ERP systems, to enhance product functionality.
Monitor product performance and leverage data insights to guide future development efforts.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on product vision, goals, and progress.
Ensure products comply with relevant accounting principles and enterprise infrastructure standards.
Facilitate Agile Scrum practices to foster collaboration and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management, must be within a B2B SaaS or enterprise SaaS environment.
Minimum of 3 years of Leadership experience
Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in product development.
Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, from discovery to delivery.
Proven experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as enterprise infrastructure implementation.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and their relevance to product design and functionality.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience creating and executing implementation roadmaps for enterprise-level solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
