Job Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with specialized experience in Wealth Management, particularly proficient with CIRO client statements and regulatory compliance. The role involves functioning as a crucial liaison between business objectives and technological advancements, focusing on enhancing and streamlining client statement processes within a regulatory compliant framework. This position promises the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and tech partners, ensuring business and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Wealth Management client statements.
- Serve as an expert on CIRO/IIROC regulatory guidelines related to client reporting.
- Enhance statement generation processes in collaboration with business stakeholders, compliance, and tech teams.
- Lead statement design, formatting, data mapping, and reconciliation initiatives.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
Must-Have Skills:
- Deep understanding of Wealth Management and related client statement protocols.
- Proficiency in CIRO/IIROC regulations and compliance standards.
- Strong skills in business requirement documentation, functional specs, and process flow creation.
Industry Experience Required:
- A minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst within the financial services sector, with a concentrated experience in Wealth Management. Knowledge of Canadian banking or brokerage operations is a plus.
