Position: Workplace Café \& Events CoordinatorLocation: Downtown TorontoType: 6 month contract with potential to extendSchedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM -- 4:00 PM (On-site)Our client, a leading investment firm is seeking a warm, engaging, and proactive professional to join their Workplace Experience team as a Workplace Café \& Events Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone with a background in hospitality, high-end reception, or corporate event coordination who thrives in people-facing roles and brings creativity and energy to every interaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact at the reception desk, welcoming guests and employees with professionalism and warmth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate programming \& events
- Support the planning and execution of special events and activations, working closely with Executive Assistants, Administrative Assistants, and Employee Resource Groups.
- Collect, track, and implement feedback to ensure continuous improvement of space and service offerings.
- Provide occasional support to the Guest Services team, including assistance with catering coordination, meeting room bookings, and mailroom/reception coverage as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1 years of experience in hospitality, reception, or corporate event coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, welcoming presence and comfort engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for enhancing workplace experiences and events.
