Your New Role
As the Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maintenance team, ensuring high standards of building performance and resident satisfaction. You'll lead a team of three service professionals, taking ownership of team coaching, development, and performance, while maintaining the building's excellence and supporting its long-term value.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supervising daily operations and maintenance tasks across a luxury residential portfolio
- Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of three maintenance technicians
- Ensuring timely response and resolution of work orders and preventative maintenance
- Participating in the on-call rotation and responding to after-hours emergencies (must have reliable transportation)
- Collaborating with property management on capital improvements and vendor coordination
- Maintaining compliance with building codes, health \& safety standards, and internal policies
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Strong experience in luxury residential or mixed-use rental properties
- Previous exposure to new development/start-up properties is strongly preferred
- Proven ability to coach, lead, and develop teams effectively
- High attention to detail and service excellence
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
- Must have reliable transportation for emergency on-call needs
