Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership
- Supervise, train, and support front-line staff
- Organize and manage shift schedules
- Motivate team members through regular coaching and feedback
Customer Experience
- Ensure fast, friendly, and professional service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
Food Quality and Safety
- Monitor food preparation and service to meet quality and safety standards
- Conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with health regulations
Operational Efficiency
- Manage inventory and control food and labor costs
- Streamline daily operations for maximum productivity
Training and Development
- Provide structured onboarding for new hires
- Support ongoing training and employee development
Administrative Tasks
- Maintain records related to scheduling, inventory, and food safety
Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts (morning, day, or evening)
- Monday to Friday, with weekend availability
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of food service experience (within Canada)
- Minimum 3 years of food service experience (outside Canada)
- English proficiency with CLB 6 or higher
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety standards
- Comfortable using technology related to food service operations
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $18.00 -- $21.00
