Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Toronto, ON.
On-Site, 5 Days/Week.
Contract until end of December.
Overview:
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead small real estate projects focused on construction improvements and AV/technology upgrades. This role requires regular on-site presence, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendors. The ideal candidate will have experience with construction improvements and technology upgrades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction and tech upgrade projects from planning to handover
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to project requirements
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and vendor performance
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to minimize disruption
- Communicate progress, issues, and resolutions clearly and proactively
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction or real estate
- Strong communication, financial, and vendor management skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple projects independently
- PMP or equivalent is a plus
