As the Reporting Lead on our Digital Strategy team, you'll drive data-informed decision-making across global marketing. Your role involves developing reporting frameworks, analyzing KPIs, and translating complex data into actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance health outcomes worldwide.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive reporting framework aligned with TELUS Health's objectives.
- Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor digital and campaign performance across channels.
- Collaborate with teams to identify KPIs and metrics that add business value.
- Analyze datasets to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations.
- Document reporting processes and introduce automation where possible.
- Ensure data quality and report accuracy.
- Stay updated with analytics tools and industry trends.
- Mentor team members in data analysis and reporting techniques.
- Present insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Qualifications
What you bring
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or STEM fields.
- 7+ years in marketing operations, data analysis, or business intelligence.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker Studio) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Skills in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into insights.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
