The ideal candidate:
- Typically, a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with 10 in a logistics-related leadership role.
- At least 5 years of experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs over CAD $500M.
- Significant expertise in site logistics, traffic management, site coordination, material and equipment delivery, among other technical fields.
- Experience managing teams to deliver integrated logistics solutions on complex projects and programs.
- Strong technical skills across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance, preferably in large programs/projects.
- Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships and providing strategic reporting for decision-making.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including facilitating meetings and workshops with large groups.
- A recognized degree and professional designation are assets.
