What Does Your Day Look Like?
The Business Development Manager will generate sales and drive revenue growth by offering CFD, Forex products, and services. Responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Proactively source new sales opportunities in the Forex market through multiple channels.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients interested in Forex solutions.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Forex products and services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Tailored Client Solutions: Understand individual client needs and deliver customized Forex offerings to meet their goals.
- Market \& Industry Expertise: Stay informed on Forex trends, competitor activities, and industry news to provide strategic insights to clients.
Sales Process \& Negotiation: Deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
- Reporting \& Client Support: Keep accurate records, provide sales updates, and ensure high client satisfaction through prompt issue resolution.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in Forex, CFD, or financial services industry. Strong understanding of FX trading, CFDs, and partnership models (IBs, affiliates, institutional partnerships).
- Extensive experience in Canadian or European markets.
- Sales-driven mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
- Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
