ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Store Manager to lead with confidence, care, and a strong sense of ownership. This role goes beyond day-to-day retail operations; it's about creating a space that reflects the heart of DRMERS CLUB in real life.
The ideal candidate is experienced, detail-oriented, and passionate about both people and product. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and knows how to lead a team with clarity and empathy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
STORE LEADERSHIP OPERATIONS
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations with excellence and care
- Maintain stock levels, manage inventory flow, and lead restocks with precision
- Partner with HQ to implement new launches, campaigns, and promotions seamlessly
- Monitor sales performance and share key insights to inform strategy and restocks
- Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and in-store presentation that reflects our aesthetic
TEAM CULTURE
- Understands how to hire, lead, and coach a passionate in-store team when needed
- Train staff on brand voice, product knowledge, and customer experience best practices
- Hold team members accountable with clear communication, constructive feedback, and regular check-ins
- Lead by example on the floor---hosting, selling, and setting the tone
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Ensure an elevated in-store experience that aligns with the DRMERS CLUB brand

Build local community through memorable service and ongoing relationships

Collaborate with HQ on in-store activations, pop-ups, and community events

Help shape the energy of the store as more than just a place to shop---but a place to connect

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar leadership role

Experience with Shopify POS is required

Strong people management skills; able to train, coach, and hold a team accountable

Highly organized with a strong understanding of retail KPIs

Background in fashion, streetwear, or lifestyle retail preferred

Previous experience opening a store is a plus

Adaptable, solutions-focused, and comfortable with evolving responsibilities

SALARY:
$60,000--$75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
