As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide friendly and knowledgeable service to all clients in our Colour, Skincare, Fragrance \& Cash areas.
- Passionate about Clients: Greet all clients with enthusiasm, provide courteous, knowledgeable service, determine client needs, suggest products, and communicate product knowledge. Provide makeovers as needed.
- Training \& Development: Complete in-depth brand training for designated team members, pursue additional product knowledge, and cross-train with other Beauty Advisors.
- Operational Excellence: Participate in inventory control, communicate inventory concerns, ensure compliance with sampling policies, stay informed about store events, and participate in programs to reduce shortages. Be knowledgeable of cashier functions if designated.

- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and can influence business partners at all levels clearly and concisely.
