Reporting directly to the IT Manager based at the Canadian Headquarter, the Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementing and maintaining of technological solutions and systems across our operations. This professional will oversee all aspects of projects to ensure completion within timelines and budget. The professional will collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and efficient solution implementation and adoption by users. The professional will manage technological projects from planning through delivery. The first project on the agenda is the implementation of a barcode system gradually over AIM Solder's 11 sites.

System Implementation
- Plan and execute the implementation of barcode systems, including hardware and software setup.
- Configure and test barcode scanners, printers, and related equipment.
- Develop and maintain barcode labeling standards and procedures.
Data Management
- Ensure accurate data entry and integrity within the barcode system.
- Develop and maintain databases for product information, inventory, and tracking.
- Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Process Optimization
- Evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities for improvement through barcode technology.
- Develop and implement best practices for barcode usage across various departments.
- Streamline inventory management, order fulfillment, and tracking processes.
Inventory Management
- Improve inventory accuracy through the use of barcode technology.

- Review development proposals, projects, timelines, resources, and costs.
- Establish and monitor all project milestones.
- Ensure that risk is analyzed and mitigated for each project.
- Utilize appropriate tools to plan and follow-up on the project timelines, tasks, milestones and deadlines.
- Plan and facilitate project meetings.
Training and Support
- Provide training and support to staff on system usage and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to solutions or systems.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
Collaboration
- Work closely with IT, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless integration solutions and systems.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
- Work with vendors on hardware and software support.
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
