The Account Supervisor plays an integral role within the account team through dedicated thought and brand leadership, working towards executional excellence and management of the day-to-day workflow. We want someone who is driven, buttoned down, and passionate about delivering great ideas efficiently and flawlessly.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and take ownership of the production and execution of client deliverables
- Provide superior project management of day-to-day workflow
- Provide support to client meetings, setting objectives, and actively participate in selling Agency's position
- Develop strategically sound briefs
- Flawlessly drive processes through the agency
- Collaborate and build strong relationships with colleagues
- Work with clients to identify key challenges and opportunities to grow the account. Develop a deep understanding of their business, strategies, and objectives to become a trusted partner and advisor
- Use strong creative instincts and develop superior selling skills to ensure best possible creative gets sold
- Accurately manage budgets, finances, and resources on job-to-job basis
- Adaptable and able to balance asks and responsibilities
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of previous experience working in an advertising agency with a solid foundation in digital and mass disciplines
- Degree or certificate in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field
- Solid foundation and understanding of the key roles and responsibilities of Account Management and a strong understanding of production
- Extremely organized and detail orientated, with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong oral and written presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a professional presentation
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of strategies and critical thinking
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to team success
- Demonstrate an interest and passion for advertising
- Confident in own abilities and ideas, and not afraid to provide input to the team
