The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving and growing the sales quota through activities such as acquiring new accounts (by profiling, targeting, needs analysis) and maintaining/growing existing account customers, which include Healthcare Professionals (Urologists, OR staff, Value Analysis \& Formulary committee members, C-Suite executives, Pharmacists, and other Allied Health Professionals).
Key Activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Urology decision makers (e.g., bladder cancer specialists) and other healthcare providers within assigned accounts.
- Sell both medical devices and optical imaging drugs effectively.
- Understand and communicate payer reimbursement processes.
- Demonstrate high proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating the company's products and partner medical device products.
- Facilitate and conduct all required customer training programs.
- Manage sales promotions related to the assigned territory.
- Complete administrative duties promptly and work within budget constraints.
- Execute all field sales activities professionally.
- Adhere strictly to promotional guidelines and corporate policies.
- Collaborate with promotional marketing partners.
