Reporting to the AVP, Client Solutions, this is a key strategic role supporting the Assistant Vice President, Client Solutions. The position involves delivering the full capabilities of BNY, CIBC Mellon, and CIBC to top clients and prospects, focusing on developing and providing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult and develop solutions with target prospects and clients during the pre-decision-making phase.
- Collaborate with the onboarding team to establish and grow relationships with a select group of large and complex CIBC Mellon clients during the transition period, ensuring a sustainable steady-state operation and relationship.
- Work with relationship management, service teams, product groups, and new initiative sponsors to develop strategic roadmaps and solutions for clients.
- Support incubation of BNY alignment initiatives related to product offerings for top accounts, guiding them from inception to maturity, such as middle office solutions.
