Overview:
As a Market Intelligence Analyst Intern, you will manage social media channels, coordinate ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and support conferences. You will gather, analyze, and compile data to identify trends and potential partners, then provide recommendations to support marketing and business operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate across business units (Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Product) to develop analyses and documentation, communicating effectively with operational and managerial teams.
- Gather business intelligence from diverse sources including company data, industry reports, public information, and purchased data.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support actionable recommendations.
- Create financial project forecasts using models to assess performance, investment viability, and identify bottlenecks; suggest solutions and strategies.
- Compile, format, distribute reports, and prepare visual data presentations.
- Use business intelligence tools to identify and monitor current and potential customers and markets to support sales growth.
- Manage social media channels, coordinate ceremonies, and support conferences.
- Maintain accurate project documentation throughout project lifecycles.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support marketing and organizational goals.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong business and financial analysis skills.
- Solid understanding of financial fundamentals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Proficiency in data collection and compilation.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and systematic approach.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Python, Excel, Power BI for model building.
- Familiarity with databases and technology-driven business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of sustainable energy or Clean-Tech is a plus.
- Ability to develop technical RFPs based on client needs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Enrolled in a bachelor's program related to business, marketing, data science, finance, or similar.
- Relevant experience including internships or co-op roles.
