About The Role
Your Impact
- Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders in our Customer Care and Finance Team
- Guide organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Support managers to coach and help those on their team perform at their best
- Use data and insights to identify trends and establish clear recommendations
- Own and continuously improve our new hire onboarding experience---from offer to first 90 days.
- Help shape key employee moments (e.g., milestones, internal transitions, recognition programs, returns from leave).
- Collaborate with hiring managers and the talent team to support select hiring processes.
You Bring
- 4+ years in People/HR roles, with experience in business partnering in a fast-growing environment.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity and building trust at all levels of an organization.
- Confident advising managers on a wide range of topics (performance, engagement, team health).
- Strong communicator with a bias for collaboration and followthrough
- Experience (or interest) in shaping onboarding and hiring processes.
- Comfortable using people data to drive decisions and storytelling.
- Passionate about modern People practices---curious, progressive, and always learning.
