Role Description We're hiring a Business Development Representative for a full-time contract role in Ottawa, ON, with potential to transition into a full-time position. You'll help drive our growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing outreach through calls and emails, scheduling meetings, and nurturing client relationships. You'll regularly use CRM software (like HubSpot) to track your sales activities and manage client communications.
Your Daily Activities Include: Identifying and pursuing new business leads through research, cold-calling, emails, and networking Qualifying prospects and scheduling client meetings Using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to track interactions and pipeline progress Communicating our digital marketing and AI services clearly and persuasively to prospects Collaborating closely with our marketing and sales teams to hit growth targets What You Bring: 2+ years of sales or business development experience Proven success in lead generation and prospecting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) Comfort working independently and collaboratively within a team Digital marketing experience ( a plus ) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field ( preferred )
