Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global GTM enablement programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and content development teams to define and deliver impactful enablement programs.
- Set responsibilities and expectations for program stakeholders and provide ongoing feedback.
- Develop blended training programs combining remote content delivery and e-learning.
- Define and monitor program milestones and KPIs with timely reporting.
- Deliver measurable learning outcomes aligned with business needs.
- Report progress against KPIs to stakeholders.
- Engage with audiences to ensure programs meet their ongoing needs.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in sales enablement, program management, or revenue operations, plus 2+ years in revenue-generating roles (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).
- Training or degree in learning and development or related fields.
- Passion for learning, coaching, and motivating others.
- Strong organizational and project management skills under pressure.
- Fluent in English, with experience providing feedback to teams.
- Collaborative, results-oriented, and autonomous in driving outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and motivate.
- Quick learner with a growth mindset and experience in fast-paced tech environments.
