Job Summary
The role of the Data Products \& Insights Senior Analytics Manager within the CAE Group is to drive digital transformation by developing data-driven solutions for internal audit. You will work within a high-throughput, global audit analytics team of like-minded individuals, developing sustainable, scalable, and reusable data products that enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness as part of the strategy to digitally transform the RBC CAE Group.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative data products that enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large and complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and key risk indicators, translating findings into actionable insights for audit teams.
- Ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data used during audit engagements.
- Develop and implement automated processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enhance scalability of audit analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with audit teams to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. Partner with other teams to adhere to data governance standards, onboard new datasets into the analytics ecosystem.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, methods, and best practices in analytics and audit. Research and pilot new ideas to push boundaries.
- Mentor junior data analysts.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in data analytics, proficiency in Python/R, SQL, and data visualization software.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
