We are currently hiring a Material Analyst for a well-established manufacturing client. As a Material Analyst, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring smooth material flow, coordinating between production and suppliers, and implementing efficient inventory control strategies.

Responsibilities Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels in a JIT environment, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies to maintain accuracy. Procurement \& Logistics: Expedite purchased components, audit supplier releases, and coordinate inbound/outbound freight to support production.
Supplier Coordination: Address delivery issues, track supplier performance, and implement corrective actions for discrepancies. Process Improvement: Review and update Bills of Material, identify opportunities for accuracy improvements, and implement best practices. Compliance \& Support: Maintain safety and environmental standards, support inventory programs, and provide backup within the Inventory Group as needed.
QualificationsTechnical Skills: Proficiency in MRP/ERP scheduling, purchasing, cycle-count systems, and familiarity with Bills of Material and computer routings. Analytical \& Problem-Solving: Strong math skills with the ability to analyze data, identify discrepancies, and optimize inventory accuracy. Process \& Efficiency Knowledge: Experience with Kanban, Lean Manufacturing, and
Just-in-Time (JIT) inventory management. Communication \& Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and perform under pressure to meet deadlines.
