About the Job:
Are you a passionate and detail-oriented designer with a flair for bold, innovative visuals?
Taco Bell Canada is seeking a Motion \& Graphic Designer to create exceptional creative assets that embody our iconic brand and vision. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or QSR industry, coupled with an expert-level understanding of graphic fundamentals, marketing principles, and both print and digital capabilities.
In this role, you'll work on a variety of design projects that span motion graphics, digital and social media, in-store marketing, digital menu boards and beyond. You'll play a key role in translating the Taco Bell brand into compelling visuals that resonate with our audience, while maintaining a sharp focus on craft, detail, and creative excellence.

The Day-to-Day:
- Create compelling motion and graphic designs for a variety of platforms, including digital, print, social media, and in-store marketing, ensuring all assets align with Taco Bell's brand standards and vision.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, the Taco Bell Creative team, and external partners to develop creative concepts that drive brand love and business growth.
- Design and execute motion graphics for video content, including promotional campaigns, social posts, and in-store menu boards, delivering visually engaging storytelling.
- Produce print-ready files and oversee the preparation of materials for production, ensuring exceptional quality and accuracy across all deliverables, this includes in-store POP, printed flyers, new store opening graphics etc.
- Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices, applying innovative techniques to enhance the Taco Bell brand experience across all channels, and play an important role on photo and TV shoots.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and design integrity.
Is This You?
- 2+ years of designer experience (agency or in-house)
- Proficient in computerized design with expertise in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and PowerPoint
- Skilled in designing for various marketing channels, including digital, video, television, print, and out-of-home (OOH).
- Experience with photography is considered an asset.
- Possesses a strong and diverse creative portfolio showcasing design versatility and innovative thinking.
- Applicants are required to submit a portfolio during the initial application process to showcase their relevant work and skills.
