What You'll Be Doing
At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You'll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you'll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How You'll Succeed
- Product Backlog - Work closely with business partners to gather complex business requirements, work with Stakeholders to develop a product vision that satisfies their requirements, and define delivery priority taking into consideration strategic alignment, scope and complexity.
- User stories \& product requirement creation -- Support product team in the development of product feature and user stories in a collaborative fashion with business system analysts, UX design, technology teams, lines of business and various members of the product team.
- Stakeholder management -- Assist product team in ensuring that we are delivering the right initiatives at the right time and keeping our stakeholders engaged throughout the delivery life cycle. Understand and support the team in managing competing needs \& priorities.
- Identify \& document key processes and procedures -- working closely with the product team and key stakeholders, serve as process subject matter expert for the assigned product, projects, and/or initiatives.
- Subject Matter Expert - Support end-to-end project implementation as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to a diverse team of technology and project professionals. Maintain a collaborative work environment and support team members to resolve organizational, operational, and process problems.
