Only Windows Sales Consultant, your hunger for sales and ability to network will drive your success. Your work as a business developer will build our division in Edmonton Metro Area.
As a seasoned professional in the residential construction industry we need you to introduce Centra to builders, architects, developers, engineers, and contractors in the Edmonton market. Your knowledge of Edmonton and the surrounding area will be a key asset. Through these relationships it will be expected that you will grow a lucrative pipeline of business, drive our supply only division, and make Centra the go-to-company for vinyl windows.
This role is critical in building our brand and helping establish key partnership opportunities in the home building industry. Core Accountabilities include but not limited to: Create new opportunities to bid in the Tract Builders \& Multi-Family building sector Network with Builders, Architects, Engineers, Developers, and any other influencing B2B partner to enhance Centra's reputation and to create bidding opportunities. Provide education to the B2B community on the features and benefits of Centra Windows.
Provide design guidance for building designers and builders related to windows and doors. Obtain plans and specifications from designers and interpret them to be able to provide a strategic estimating direction. Provide the Centra Estimating support team with a strategy and risk assessment to win the bid.
Negotiate with customers with the Centra Sales Managers to win deals Utilize natural ambition, competitive nature, and goal orientated mindset to meet or exceed all forecasts on a month-by-month basis stopping at nothing in order to achieve these goals. Ask for the sale. Always.

Qualifications: 5+ years B2B sales experience with a focus on technical sales in the residential construction industry in Alberta Previous window and door selling experience is advantageous. Have established relationships within the construction industry Knowledge of the residential building landscape and an understanding of new or growing communities in Edmonton Metro
Area. Ability to create compelling presentations and proposals to win business consistently Let's Discuss Compensation: In addition to a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000, this sales position offers an exciting bonus and commission structure. Based on previous years' data, the total estimated on-target compensation for this role typically falls within the range of $125,000 to $250,000.
