What You'll Do:Identify client insurance needs and provide tailored solutions
Sell home, auto, and/or commercial insurance policies
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Prospect for new business through referrals and networking
Who We're Looking For:Licensed (RIBO, LLQP, or equivalent) -- If unlicensed, must obtain prior to hire
Sales-Driven \& Self-Motivated -- Past sales experience is a requirement
Excellent Communication Skills -- You enjoy helping people and closing deals
Goal-Oriented -- You thrive in a performance-based environment
Compensation \& Benefits:Commission-Only (Earn up to 50-65% of commissions on new business and up to 40-50% of commissions on renewals)Renewal Commissions -- Build a stable, passive income as your client base grows
