The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for preparing and managing proposals, coordinating with different teams to gather necessary information, and ensuring compliance with project requirements.
Day-to-day tasks will include assisting in bid preparation, conducting market research, maintaining proposal documentation, and tracking the progress of submitted proposals. QualificationsExperience in preparing and managing proposals and accurate cost estimates
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in the construction industry is a plus
