Position: Corporate Office Receptionist
Location: Vancouver, BC
Duration: 4--6 weeks (with potential to become permanent)

We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and professional Corporate Office Receptionist on behalf of our client for their Vancouver Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a polished corporate setting and enjoys being the face of an organization.
As the first point of contact for guests, team members, and service providers, you'll be the cornerstone of the company's front office operations---ensuring a warm welcome and smooth daily workflow.
What You'll Be Doing
- Greet and assist visitors, manage incoming calls, and issue security passes
- Coordinate courier deliveries, manage mail, and ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepped
- Liaise with building management and external vendors
- Maintain office supplies and assist with event logistics and internal communications
- Process invoices, handle credit card reconciliations, and support crisis communication initiatives
- Provide general administrative support and contribute to day-to-day office efficiency
What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate office or front-desk role
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus
- Willingness to support after-hours events or on-site needs as required
- Comfortable performing light physical tasks (e.g., lifting office supplies, reaching under desks)
