Manage field staff including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and attendance
Develop and continuously improve SOPs to maintain service quality
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Monitor and analyze operational costs and revenue to improve profitability
Manage operational resources such as delivery vehicles and installation equipment
Track KPIs and generate regular reports for performance review
Coordinate with logistics partners and third-party vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
Job RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in operations management, logistics, appliance delivery, or a related field
Logistics service experience required (understanding of warehouse, transportation, and installation logistics)Proven experience in managing teams and operational assets (e.g., vehicles, tools)Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify operational issues and lead continuous process improvements
Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPointCapable of coordinating across departments and with external partners
Strong leadership and accountability
May require occasional travel between the warehouse and the headquarters office
