Position Overview
This position is full commission with an expected 'On Target Earning' (OTE) of approximately $80,000 CAD per year, with uncapped commissions. Many of our top reps earn more than double this amount.
Responsibilities
- Close sales effectively and consistently.
- Set appointments with customers and assess their needs.
- Educate customers on our products and guide them towards a suitable design and solution.
- Follow the sales process outlined by Lifestyle.
- Contribute to daily meetings and team cadences.
- Participate in regular training to grow professionally.
Ideal Candidate
- Results-driven, confident, and highly competitive.
- Enjoy interacting with customers and closing sales.
- Aim to be a top performer in sales.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory to visit customer homes.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work from home.
- Availability for evening and some Saturday work.
Experience
- 3-5 years of commission-based sales experience recommended.
