What's the role about?
We are seeking a highly driven Partner Success Manager, Banner to lead the execution and growth of our Banner business. This full-time, permanent opportunity will focus on the seamless adoption and delivery of our sales programs, ensuring our brand extension model thrives through partnerships in the Banner, wholesale, and retail space.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in executing sales strategies, driving program adoption, and ensuring operational excellence to maximize revenue and brand presence across all touchpoints.

What you will do:
- Sales Program Execution and Adoption:Lead the execution and adoption of key retail sales programs across all banner locations, driving partner engagement, program compliance, and performance optimization through collaboration, feedback, and data-driven adjustments
- Strategic Leadership and Growth: Drive strategic growth by building and executing a roadmap to expand banner sales through new partnerships and market opportunities while ensuring every location delivers a consistent, high-quality brand experience
- Brand Management and Development:Strengthen brand impact by building key relationships and collaborating with marketing to launch compelling sales programs and campaigns that boost adoption and drive performance across all banner locations
- Sales Leadership and Team Management:Inspire and lead a high-performing team by driving accountability, collaboration, and results by coaching banner members to exceed sales targets and continuously elevate program execution across all locations
- Operational Execution and Process Optimization:Oversee the day-to-day operational execution of banner partnerships driving efficiency, supporting member needs, and ensuring sales programs are delivered on time, on budget, and with impact
- Data-Driven Reporting and Analysis:Leverage data to drive smart decision-making analyzing program performance, identifying trends, and delivering insights that inform strategy, boost adoption, and exceed KPIs.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in sales operations, brand management, and program execution
- Proven success in executing sales programs and driving operational adoption across multiple channels, ideally in a wholesale or brand extension environment
- Strong track record of driving sales growth and operational execution through effective execution and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Expertise in designing, launching, and executing operations programs that are scalable and sustainable
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire without direct reporting authority
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage and secure buy-in with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to travel 15-25% across Ontario, along with minimum of 2-3 days in Burlington, ON
