AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Under the supervision of the Supervisor on Duty, assist with various duties to support the Enforcement Division. Responsible for delivery and pick-up of vehicles between Enforcement Office
and City Maintenance garages and or car wash. Pick up and deliver Court documents to the Courthouse.

Assist in maintaining safe and tidy spaces in the vehicle inspection facility, ensuring equipment is set-up and stored appropriately.

Assist with set-up and take down of event spaces for functions, i.e. socials, trainings and meetings.

Assist with checking and monitoring the cleanliness of the Enforcement Division's fleet vehicles.

Complete administrative duties in a timely manner (eg. List of equipment, archiving officers field notebooks, incident/accident reports, opening and closing procedures, log books and checklists)

Report all concerns, accidents and incidents to immediate supervisor and take appropriate action.

Maintain an understanding of departments programs and services.

Understand and adhere to Corporate Policies \& Procedures, Confidentiality Guidelines, Emergency Procedures and Health and Safety Standards.

Attend meetings/training as required.

Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Valid, non-probationary Class "G"

Ability to obtain City of Brampton Fleet Permit within 1 month of date of hire.
OTHER SKILLS AND ASSETS:

Ability to work in varying and extreme weather conditions.

Ability to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (P.P.E.).

Exceptional customer service and communication skills
