About The Role
Job Duties \& Responsibilities Account Management Client Strategy
- Act as the primary marketing lead for multiple client accounts
- Lead client meetings and strategy sessions
- Craft and present high-impact marketing plans that align with client goals
- Track milestones, delegate to internal team, and ensure timely delivery of all projects
Event \& Speaking Engagement Support
- Maintain a master calendar of relevant industry events and opportunities for clients
- Research and recommend new trade shows, conferences, and partnerships
- Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, booth builds, event collateral, and shipments
- Craft promotional plans for events and support day-of materials and digital communications
- Pitch clients for speaking opportunities that elevate their thought leadership
Content \& Communications
- Lead the development of digital content strategies across a wide range of tech industries
- Manage and maintain detailed marketing content calendars
- Write and edit content including blogs, case studies, newsletters, white papers, and social media copy
- Identify and clip standout soundbites from interviews and webinars for future content
- Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, LinkedIn snippets, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers on branding, assets, and campaign visuals
- Optimize content for SEO across web, blog, and social platforms
- Track hours and deliverables using agency tools
Requirements
- 3--5 years of marketing or communications experience (agency experience a strong asset)
- A confident strategist who can think big-picture while managing day-to-day execution
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign execution
- Comfortable leading client calls, presenting strategies, and managing timelines
- Familiar with event marketing and logistics (conferences, trade shows, activations)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and deadline-oriented
- Basic video editing skills (for social clips) and familiarity with social platforms
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
- Based in or near the Greater Toronto Area with availability during ET business hours

Compensation \& Benefits
- Salary: $70,000-$80,000 CAD (competitive and commensurate with experience)
