Job Description
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong MS Dynamics 365 CRM expertise to gather requirements, design solutions, manage data migration, and support system integration within banking and financial services domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and validate business and technical requirements.
- Conduct workshops and facilitate stakeholder approvals.
- Map integration patterns and support CRM integrations using Middleware/API/SSIS.
- Perform data migration and harmonization using OOB tools or Azure Data Factory.
- Author user stories, prepare UML diagrams, and contribute to backlog grooming.
- Support change request analysis and assist in fitment decisions.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and demos.
- Perform application and integration testing.
Qualifications

Experience:
-
8--12 years in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement.

Strong background in banking and financial services.

Hands-on experience with D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.

Integration experience with MuleSoft, REST/ODATA APIs, SSIS.

Expertise in workflows, plugins, CRM customization, and administration.

Experience in Azure Data Factory (preferred).

Skills:

Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.

Strong knowledge of CRM data migration, validation, and business flows.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint ceremonies.
