AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Program Procurement Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. The role involves leading procurement activities, ensuring integration of program procedures into contracts, and developing risk mitigation strategies.
Your Role Within The Team
- Lead procurement of all required services and works.
- Ensure program procedures are incorporated into new contracts at the program and project levels.
- Develop strategies to mitigate program-level risks through packaging requirements across projects and contracts.
- Ensure effective implementation of risk transfer strategies as per Risk Management Plans.
- Analyze supplier performance to identify issues and develop resolutions.
- Participate in vendor evaluation, selection, and negotiation.
- Report on procurement activities in meetings and working groups.

The Ideal Candidate
- Leads procurement activities.
- Holds a degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or equivalent.
- Has 15+ years of experience, including 8+ years leading procurement for large infrastructure projects.
- Possesses airport and/or aviation project experience.
- Certification from Purchasing Management Association of Canada (PMAC).
- Certified Professional In Supply Management (CPSM) is a plus.
